Jasmeet Mudan is the principal surveyor at London Party Wall Surveyors Ltd. With over 10 years of specialist party wall surveying experience, Jasmeet handles each matter personally rather than passing clients between departments.

For building owners, our fees are fixed* and agreed before work starts, and we do not introduce unexpected extras halfway through the job. If you have received a notice, your surveyor's reasonable fees are normally paid by the building owner.

*Fees shown are for typical homeowner projects. More complex matters, for example those involving a checking engineer, section 10(4) notices and appointments, section 11 enclosure costs or security for expenses, and larger buildings in single ownership, carry additional charges. These are confirmed before work starts.
