Party Wall Services in London
Whether you are planning building works or have received a notice from a neighbour, there is a service below for your situation. Fees for building owners are fixed* and explained in plain English before anything starts.
Four services, one surveyor
Every party wall matter is handled personally by Jasmeet Mudan BA. You will not be passed between departments, you will know the fee before work begins, and you will be kept updated at every stage.
*Fees shown are for typical homeowner projects. More complex matters, for example those involving a checking engineer, section 10(4) notices and appointments, section 11 enclosure costs or security for expenses, and larger buildings in single ownership, carry additional charges. These are confirmed before work starts.
Party Wall Notices
The formal notice you must serve on adjoining owners before notifiable works begin. We draft it, serve it, and manage the responses.
Read about notices →Party Wall Awards
The legal document that sets out what work can be done, when, and how. It protects both properties and lets the project start on solid ground.
Read about awards →Schedule of Condition
A photographic and written record of the neighbouring property before works start, so any later damage claim can be settled on evidence rather than opinion.
